Legal Platform enables you and your organization to get rid of all contract, claims, reporting and other Excel sheets. Now we have a professional solution for you. Now you can keep track of all your contracts that are not part of your primary process, you get alerts and RSS feeds on the moment that action is required. You can track and trace any claim, issued or received. You can monitor your tasks to report your litigation reports to corporate.

All tasks and interfaces with the registers are concentrated on MY Legal Dashboard. Task for periodical reporting on litigation are concentrated on this page. The knowledge worker will only see her or his tasks to perform
Once a task is completed it will not be shown on the dashboard.
Reports from any company such as annual reports, litigation reports etc. can be stored in the reporting library. Simply giving access to Corporate will complete the reporting process.
Legal Platform contains registers for companies, contracts and claims.
All registers are accesible via MY Legal Dashboard, such as the contract register.
Additional information
Company register
Where all company information can be registered. From day one to the present you can register all steps in the company's life, including trade names, sales, board members, share capital tax numbers etc. It is your internal trade register, all relations between group companies are transparent
Document management
In the Company register you can store annual reports, statutes, shareholders register, excerpts for trade registers etc. version control is included and permissions can be set on individual documents.
Contract register
Track and trace all contracts with the essential data. Never having to task the secretary again, where the contract is. It will generate alerts and RSS on important data and changes.
Work with predefined contract names.
We have selected over 50 contracts that are most frequently used in any organization and we have attached the same metadata structure as in Financial Suite®.
We have typed contracts related to balance sheet and contingencies/ P and l and Intercompany/ Legal and other. The contract by itself is not managed within the register. Easy check on completeness of all contracts that should be in the contingencies catehory.
Versions
Available as single site (central registration for all contracts and available as multi site site collection) A version for construction companies is also available.
Claim register
In the claim register you can register all the claims that you have received and issued. It will return many views and alerts on the claims. The claim by itself are not managed within this register.
