The video gives a brief explanation of the planning and control framework containing MY Dashboard and the Reporting website
It now contains MY Dashboard, where you can see the tasks allocated to the user (in this case guest user) My Dashboard supports the closing, budget and forecast processes and synchronizes with the data in the websites.Although Financial Suite® has websites for reporting, budget and forecast, we have chosen to show the reporting website only.You can see how documents are distributed in the views, using our metadata structure. Version control can be monitored by clicking on the rght hand side of a document. Look at the connection between tasks and documents. By using the same coding for an individual document and the tasks to complete it, you establish quality assurance for all documents inside your libraries
